I had an amazing experience at Danbury Tattoo! I traveled from NY just to get tattooed at this shop. My cousins frequently get tattooed here and I wanted to get something that matched a piece my cousin has- but with my own twist to it. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was welcoming and professional. The shop was super clean, organized, and had a chill atmosphere that immediately put me at ease.My artist took the time to really understand the design I wanted and made sure every detail was perfect. They were not only incredibly talented but also patient, communicative, and clearly passionate about their craft. The entire process—from consultation to aftercare instructions—was smooth and easy.The tattoo itself turned out better than I imagined and I’ve gotten so many compliments. I have been coming to Danbury Tattoo for many years. I have many tattoos, some at other places, and the only place I prefer to go to is Danbury Tattoo because it’s extremely clean and the tattoo artists know what will look good and make adjustments. Eric (ET) made a suggestion about how a a purple and green ink would look good on my brown skin. I’ve always gotten plain ink because I thought it would never work because of my darker skin. He was right, and I’m happy to display my flowers. That’s the type of tattoo artist and place that makes a difference. Everyone is friendly, professional, and you can tattoos are their passion. I definitely will be back soon.

So this is the second tattoo I got here and I have to say not because Mikey Vee and I grew up across the street from each other when we were young but this guy has talent. He is a true professional and when he’s in a zone he’s talent just shines. I won’t be going anywhere else for a tattoo and if you don’t mind taking a ride from NY I highly recommend him. All I can say is thank you my friend I’m grateful.

Despite having several large tattoos, I am a HUGE baby thinking about piercing. The shop was able to take me right away as a walk-in. Eric was very patient with my worries, told me exactly what he was doing every step of the way, and didn't make me feel silly! After care was explained thoroughly and I was given written material as well. You will also be reassured and impressed by the top notch precautions taken with regard to sanitation and safety of all of the equipment. Highly recommend this shop for your piercing goals! Mikey was so goodHad a dilemma with another place that I won’t mention and went to Danbury Tattoo and spoke with Mike and got us in immediately. He did 4 People in 3 and a half hours ( small pieces ) and they were beyond our expectations. Definitely going back and I would recommend them and will be recommending them for now as n. I love Danbury Tattoo and Piercing. I had a wonderful experience there.It was my first tattoo and I was nervous and clueless. Amber was very warm and she listened my idea and gave me very practical suggestions. Owner Mikey Vee was friendly and funny. The tattoo he did was precisely what I wanted. He also gave me very detailed aftercare instructions.The salon is clean. Music is smoothing. Everyone there is nice.I will never go to any other place for tattoos or piercings. Thank you all.

i had a wonderful experience here.i originally sent in a text stating that i would be coming in from out of state and the artists i would like to work with. i received a reply stating that bobby was available and i did a facetime consultation with him since i wasn't in the state. i scheduled my appointment but the day before had to change the time due to a fault of my own. they were very accommodating.bobby was wonderful to work with and absolutely nailed the theme/idea that i was going for. he gave clear instructions on aftercare (highly recommend after inked) and stated to call if given an issues. i will absolutely be returning on my next trip to CT.

My daughter had a problem with her nose ring, and after calling about half a dozen places in Danbury these guys were the only ones who helped us. Her nose ring fell out and the piercing had started to close. It took two seconds for the piercer(?) to fix it and put her jewelry back in. They did not charge me and would not accept payment. I almost don’t know what to say. This shop is super clean, well lit, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. 5 stars all day long

Got my nose and belly button pierced here, the piercer Bobby was great. He helped me calm down and was nothing but nice the whole time. Amber at the front was a great help in providing assistance with what jewelry to get. Aaron was very nice when I needed to get a new ring for my belly button piercing. Overall a great place with really nice people!!

Danbury Tattoo is the place to go! If you are looking for a great shop with excellent work and amazing people, this is the shop for you. Jazzy has done all my tattoos (except for one) and I love her work! She is a true tattoo artist and an absolute amazing person to work with. I am beyond pleased with the work at Danbury Tattoo. Today was my 3rd tattoo I have received there throughout the years; I have also gotten my nose pierced by them as well years ago. Today I was lucky enough to have seen via IG that Lacee had an opening. I called and right away I had booked an appointment with her. Not only is Lacee talented beyond words, but she is also kind, sweet, professional, organized, and pays such close attention to sanitation. She is detail oriented and takes pride in her art. She had created a relaxing environment and made me feel at such ease. I have rebooked for a second tattoo with her to early next year and I can not wait.

Danbury Tattoo and Piercing is an incredible place; I have gone to Lacee for 3 of my tattoos now and she is absolutely amazing. She does a great job of making sure the tattoo is perfect for me, and she’s always so kind and fun and welcoming. I had the loveliest experience at this shop. Walked in without an appointment on a rainy day, and explained I needed help removing a piercing (which I received at a different shop).Without missing a beat, Amber hopped up and took me into her piercing room and got to work helping me out. It was a tricky situation, but she was so patient, gentle, and kept trying until it was out. When I tried to pay, she shooed me away and said it was her job to help. SO KIND! Thanks, Amber!!! I'm so appreciative.
