Tattoo Identification Requirements
- 18 and older: You will just need a valid form of government identification. Either a Drivers License, Passport, or State Issued ID card.
- 16 years old: All Minors must be accompanied by a Legal Guardian. The Minor must have a Photo ID along with their Certified Birth Certificate or Guardianship Papers. The Legal Guardian must also have a valid form of Government ID.
