In May of 2021 Filipe passed away due to health complications. Filipe impacted the life of so many people in such a profound way words cannot do justice. His contagious laugh and jolly nature have been missed greatly here at the shop. We have decided to leave his page up as a memorial to him.We love you Filipe.
Born in Lisbon, Portugal, Filipe Fernandes has always been into body art and body modification.
Moving to the United States in 2003, Filipe soon became more interested in tattoos and piercings. He began an apprenticeship at a local tattoo shop in 2004 learning the unique art of body piercing which led to picking up the tattoo machine in 2007.
Filipe's work covers all areas. From classic black and grey to vibrant color work, he enjoys tattooing a variety of styles. His personal favorites include elegant script and other lettering as well as black and grey designs.
